I'm Terra
An artist, designer, and illustrator. A creatrix, if you will. Creative magic flows through me, and I channel that into real-life, empathy-informed, people-first, ingenious creativity with sparkle. (That's the magic)
As a designer & illustrator, communication and collaboration are at the heart of what I do. I make fun, colorful, and bold work to help my clients and employers express their identities and values, and connect with their people. My work is informed by curiosity, creativity, and listening. I’ve worked on marketing and communication teams for over ten years in various roles. I've learned that the energetics informing a project are everything, accessible design is about the best thing you can make, and honest messaging hitting the right emotional tone is the best way to connect to your audience.

As an artist, I love working with block printing, fabrics, sewing, and watercolor. My work often explores themes of identity, self expression, self-inquiry, and ideas around magic, nature, and energy. What does art tell us about ourselves, our values, or our relationship to the unseen? What magic are we making with our lives? How can we reconnect with our natural roots and reintegrate with this beautiful planet? (which, I am named for)
I’m not taking freelance projects, but feel free to reach out to chat. If it's the right project, I'll make time. Follow my substack blog for the occasional in-progress post and creative, magical musing; or my instagram where I have older projects posted.
